On January 24, Caucasus University hosted an awards ceremony for Iranian students and listeners.

The event was attended by Iranian students who were awarded the Certificates of Caucasus University for successfully passing Georgian language and English language courses at Caucasus University.

The event was attended by Caucasus University President Dr. Kakha Shengelia, Ambassador of Iran to Georgia, Mr. J. Ghavam Shahidi, Cultural Attaché, Mr. Hamid Mostafavi and other embassy officials. In addition to the student presentations, the audience listened to Iranian traditional songs during the meeting.

At the meeting, the parties agreed on strengthening cooperation and holding common events.

Persian language courses have been held at Caucasus University for a year now.
