ECO4ALL Working Group Meeting at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki

On 8-9 June 2026, the Working Group 4 meeting of COST Action CA22124 - ECO4ALL was held at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. Over the course of two days, participants discussed strategies for strengthening project communication, dissemination activities, stakeholder engagement, and networking within the ECO4ALL framework. The programme addressed issues related to project visibility, stakeholder involvement, scientific publications, the use of digital tools, public outreach, and the effectiveness of dissemination activities.

 

The working groups focused on the preparation of the third ECO4ALL Newsletter, mechanisms for stakeholder engagement, opportunities for scientific publications, and prospects for future collaboration with other COST Actions.

 

Among the participants, alongside researchers and stakeholders from various European countries, was Professor Guranda Chelidze from Caucasus University, School of Humanities and Social Science. She delivered a presentation entitled “Effective Mechanisms for Project Visibility and the Strategic Role of Dissemination to Enhance the Sustainability of ECO4ALL Achievements.”

 

The presentation highlighted the importance of effective dissemination of project outcomes, the use of modern communication tools, and the strategic role of dissemination in ensuring the sustainability and long-term impact of international research projects.
