The World Diplomacy and Politics Summit 2023 was held in Dubai, with representatives of 70 countries taking part. The only delegate of Georgia was Nodar Bokeria, a student of the Caucasus School of Governance.

Nodar's report in both sessions was about the current problems of Georgia in the world context, the overview of US and European democracy, human rights and strategic development of Georgia. Emphasis was also placed on the Russia-Ukraine war.

By the majority of the delegates' votes and the decision of the professional jury members, the grand prize: the title of the world's best young diplomat - was awarded to the student of Caucasus University.

The selection of the participants in the conference took place in two stages worldwide: 1) based on a motivational letter and resume; 2) with a scientific paper, with a resolution that the participant had to present at the conference.

The World Diplomacy and Politics Summit is an annual conference that brings together about 100 countries of the world and all six continents. The said summit/conference is held in 5 locations: New York, Malaysia, Philippines, Istanbul and Dubai.
