BIOGRAPHY

Emir Eteria is a Professor at the School of Governance of Caucasus University and the Co-supervisor of the undergraduate program in “Public Administration”.

 

He has extensive experience in academia. He has been teaching at various universities in Georgia since 2002, and at the School of Governance of Caucasus University since 2011. In 2012–2013, he was a visiting scholar at George Mason University (USA).

 

Emir Eteria also has extensive experience in the public sector. From 2002 to 2018, he worked at the Office of the State Minister of Georgia on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration (2005–2017) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia (2002–2005, 2018).

 

He holds a PhD in Economics from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (2003).
