Gvantsa Beselia is an Invited Lecturer at the School of Governance of Caucasus University. She has been lecturing at various Georgian universities since 2016 and joined Caucasus University in 2025.

Gvantsa Beselia has 17 years of experience in the public sector, including a 10-year tenure dedicated to civil service reform and implementing human resource management policies within the civil service. From 2007 to 2014, she worked at the Staff of the Parliament of Georgia, and from 2015 to 2024, she served at the Civil Service Bureau.

She earned her Doctor of Law (Dr. iur.) degree from the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer in 2023.
