Established in 2023, Caucasus Business School Research Center is dedicated to becoming a leading and influential research hub at the national level.
The Center’s mission is to advance high-quality, high-impact academic research that addresses pressing contemporary challenges, both in Georgia and internationally.
Its activities focus on:
- developing rigorous and innovative research,
- attracting competitive national and international research grants,
- actively participating in scholarly conferences and research forums, and
- enhancing public visibility.
The Center brings together a strong academic team of 10 affiliated professors holding doctoral degrees, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and research excellence.
Six Scopus Q1 level scientific articles have been published by the members of the Center. The Center's research has been published in leading scientific journals such as: Sustainability Accounting, Management and Policy Journal (Emerald, Scopus Q1), Journal of Financial Reporting and Accounting (Emerald, Scopus Q1), International Journal of Auditing (Wiley, Scopus Q1), Journal of Accounting in Emerging Economies (Emerald, Scopus Q1), Journal of International Accounting, Auditing and Taxation (Elsevier, Scopus Q1) და Applied Economic Analysis (Emerald, Scopus Q1).
Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation grants for fundamental sciences were attracted on behalf of the center for 2023, 2024, and 2025.
