The master's theses of students in the business school's master's program were defended on December 21 at Caucasus University.

Students presented papers on the following topics:

Sofio Shaoshvili - characteristics of Generation Z and their behavior in the working environment on the example of Georgia;

Ani Kelauradze - Generational differences in Georgia regarding CSR perception;

Elene Manjavidze - Corporate governance and its role for issuers of public securities;

Nino Gvinianidze - Perception of employer brand attributes in generations Y and Z in Georgia;

Teona Toradze - Marketing for the new generation.

The members of the commission were: Nino Andriadze, Tamar Tsertsvadze, Dara Ahmed, Davit Tsiklauri.

The students successfully defended their papers before the commission.
