On June 1, a public lecture on "Lessons from the Pandemic, Impact on Technology for the Future of Medical Practice" was held in the conference hall of Caucasus University for students of Caucasus School of Medicine and Healthcare Management, as well as entrants interested in medicine.

The lecture was delivered by Gail Christine Gannon, Managing Director and CEO of WaveEdge Capital and CEO of Ensanté, who is also a Social Enterprise Consultant at Tech Startups and a member of the University of California, UC Berkeley College of Engineering.

The lecture discussed issues such as: pandemic and lessons learned from the pandemic, testing and vaccination, the role of telemedicine and the technologies that affect healthcare. The speaker also spoke about the future of medical practice.

The public lecture was conducted in an interactive mode, the attending audience received comprehensive answers to important and interesting questions.
