On June 21, Ketevan Gogochuri, a student in the English-language PhD program in economics, defended her dissertation - "Georgia's Competitiveness in Agri-Food Trade with the European Union after the DCFTA Implementation" at Caucasus University.

The scientific supervisor of the dissertation was Professor Tengiz Taktakishvili.

The defense of the dissertation was held before the dissertation board, with the following composition:

Tengiz Taktakishvili, Professor, School of Business, Caucasus University;

Irakli Danelia, Associate Professor, School of Economics, Caucasus University;

At the defense, the PhD candidate gave a presentation of the dissertation and answered questions, after which the reviewer, professor of the Caucasus University, Irakli Danelia, presented his own evaluations of the dissertation.

According to the evaluation of the board, Ketevan Gogochuri successfully defended her dissertation and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Economics.
