Part I of the Master's Program in Strategic Public Administration comprises 60 ECTS credits, with 30 ECTS credits per semester. Accordingly, the standard duration of the first part of the master's program is one academic year. Part I of the program includes 50 ECTS credits of compulsory major (discipline-specific) courses and 10 ECTS credits of elective major (discipline-specific) courses.

Admission Requirements

Applicants seeking admission to Part I of the Master's Program at the Caucasus School of Governance must meet the following requirements:

1. a) Hold a bachelor's degree or an equivalent academic qualification;
2. b) Successfully pass the Unified National Master's Examination;
3. c) Demonstrate English language proficiency at the B2 level;
4. d) Successfully complete an interview with the Admissions Commission of the Caucasus School of Governance.

Required Documents

Applicants must submit the following documents:

• A notarized copy of the diploma or an official certificate confirming the award of the academic degree, indicating the date and order number;
• Academic transcript;
• Curriculum Vitae (CV/Resume);
• Two passport-size photos (with a digital copy saved on a CD);
• A copy of the national ID card;
• A copy of the military registration certificate (for male applicants);
• Motivation letter;
• NAEC score card;
• Completed Form 1 (Personal Information Form);
• Completed online registration form.

One of the admission requirements for the program is proof of English language proficiency at the B2 level. Applicants may satisfy this requirement by submitting one of the following:

• A certificate confirming English language proficiency at the B2 level;
• Academic transcript demonstrating English language proficiency at the required level;
• A recognized English language proficiency certificate, or by successfully passing the University's internal English language proficiency test;
• Applicants who have completed a bachelor's and/or master's degree program taught in English are exempt from submitting an English language proficiency certificate and from taking the University's internal English language proficiency test.

Following the document verification stage, applicants will be invited to attend an interview with the Admissions Committee. The interview is designed to assess the applicant's foundational knowledge of the field as well as their motivation to pursue graduate studies.

Applicants are evaluated on a 100-point scale. Of the total score, 60 points are based on the results of the A Test of the Unified Master's Examination, while 40 points are awarded based on the interview with the Admissions Committee. The interview score is distributed as follows - 20 points – knowledge of the discipline; 20 points – the applicant's presentation skills, motivation, and readiness to pursue graduate-level studies.

The procedure for transferring to the program through student mobility is carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation and the University's internal regulations.
