The manual covers two issues: the administrative system of public management and public policy processes. Material is intended for use by public management and students of public policy. The paper provides an introduction to university representatives, those who worked in public administration or studies public policy as an undergraduate or graduate student. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the content and submit their comments and recommendations.
Preparation of the work will be completed by the end of June 2014.
