On April 22, the first and second year students of Faculty of History of School of Humanities and Social Sciences visited Svetitskhoveli on a learning tour led by a Professor of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences Dr. Guranda Chelidze, and the Director of Science Department of Caucasus University, Dr. Temur Khutsishvili.

The students recalled the history of Mtskheta and Svetitskhoveli, visited the Cathedral and discussed different opinions about its construction and history and of the whole Georgian church architecture. Advised by Temur Khutsishvili, the students created supplementary information materials for the purpose of getting detailed information about Svetitskhoveli. The study tour was of great interest; plans for implementation of various projects in future were drawn.
