Within the programme, significant emphasis is placed on the development of both research and practical skills. Students are supported in the preparation of their Master's thesis through both the research modules included in the programme and the elective courses offered within the compulsory-elective course block.

Practical skills are developed through the Professional Practice and Practice-Based Research course, as well as through individual courses across the curriculum, including research courses and the process of preparing the Master's thesis.

The credits for the second part of the Master's Programme in Educational Leadership and Management are allocated as follows:

1. Compulsory Course Block – Educational Policy and Analysis – 10 ECTS credits;
2. Compulsory Course Block – Change Management – 5 ECTS credits;
3. Compulsory-Elective Course Block – 10 ECTS credits;
4. Research Methods Block (Compulsory/Elective) – 5 ECTS credits;
5. Master's Thesis – 30 ECTS credits.
