The Caucasus University project "Comments on the Code of Juvenile Justice" won the competition of the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia.

The goal of the project: The goal of the project is to develop comments on the Juvenile Justice Code. The research will be carried out with the following strategy/directions:
- Analysis of existing international legislation in the field of juvenile justice (Convention on the Rights of the Child, Minimum Standard Rules of Juvenile Justice, the so-called "Beijing Rules", principles of juvenile justice, the socalled "Riyadh Principles");
- Analysis of precedent decisions of the European Court of Human Rights and judgments of common courts;
- Article Commentary of the Code of Juvenile Justice.
The following persons from Caucasus University are participating in the project:
- Project leader - Levan Darbaidze, affiliated professor of Caucasus University, judge
- Project coordinator - Levan Moshlishvili, affiliated professor of Caucasus University, head of law Programs in Caucasus University.
