In March 2021, the Caucasus University School of Law published a collection of scientific articles written by the academic staff, focusing on an analysis of court decisions in Georgia. The students of the School of Law were actively involved in the research process, along with the academic staff.
The collection presents scientific works on current issues of criminal, civil and administrative law.
The collection was published within the framework of internal funding provided by Caucasus University. The project was led by Sofia Shengelia, an affiliated assistant professor at the School of Law.
