Caucasus University is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Alumni Relations and Engagement Manager.
Purpose of the Position
The purpose of the position is to provide effective support for the day-to-day activities of the Alumni Relations and Development Office, ensure continuous and results-oriented communication with alumni, manage the alumni database, coordinate alumni engagement programs and events, and contribute to the development of strong and sustainable relationships between the University and its alumni community.
The Manager will work closely with the Head of the Office and support the active involvement of alumni in university life through mentoring, professional networking, knowledge and experience sharing, and other support initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and implementation of alumni events, including professional networking meetings, alumni gatherings, online meetings, career events, and thematic discussions;
- Coordinate and provide administrative support for the implementation of alumni engagement programs;
- Administer, update, organize, and maintain the alumni database, ensuring the accuracy of all records;
- Maintain regular communication with alumni in both Georgian and English;
- Prepare and distribute newsletters, invitations, informational emails, and other communication materials;
- Identify and prepare alumni success stories and coordinate their publication with the relevant structural units;
- Participate in the management of digital communication channels for alumni, including professional networks and online platforms;
- Cooperate with the University’s relevant structural units in implementing alumni programs and activities;
- Coordinate alumni feedback processes, collect and analyze engagement indicators, and prepare reports in consultation with the Head of the Office;
- Support the Head of the Office in implementing strategic alumni development initiatives and projects.
Qualification Requirements
- Higher education in communications, marketing, international relations, business administration, education administration, or a related field;
- Alumni status from Caucasus University will be considered an advantage;
- At least two years of relevant professional experience;
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: communications, event management, public relations, project coordination, student or alumni relations, customer or community relations, or higher education administration;
- Excellent command of Georgian and English;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience in organizing and coordinating events;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Good command of MS Office and Google Workspace;
- Experience working with social media and digital communication channels will be considered an advantage.

Working Conditions
- Working schedule: Monday through Saturday. Saturday is a shorter working day, and the need to work on specific Saturdays will be determined in agreement with the supervisor;
- Probationary period: six months, paid.
