Announces a vacancy for the position of Student Services Financial Manager

Job responsibilities:

• Accounting for payments of student fees, making schedules, checking the correctness of the fees reflected in the database, communicating with students;
• Registration of eligible state grants, comparing them with factual ones, communicating with controlling bodies in this field;
• Performing the duties issued by the Head of Service and the Director of the Department.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education or graduate student in business/economics/physics-mathematics;
• Fluency in English;
• Experience working in a similar position is desirable;
• High level of knowledge of Office computer programs. (Including Excel).

Personal skills

• High sense of responsibility;
• Ability to manage time effectively;
• Detail oriented;
• Punctual;
• Disciplined;

Working Conditions:

• Full-time work day, Monday through Saturday (Saturday short work day);
• Salary: 800 GEL (in-hand);
• Probationary period: 3 months, salary 600 GEL (on hand).
