Caucasus University Announces Vacancy for Quality Assurance and Improvement Manager in the Quality Assurance Department

Job responsibilities:

 

  • Participate in the creation and development of the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) quality assurance system at Caucasus University;
  • Implement-operate the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) quality assurance system;
  • Participate in the process of checking the quality of operation of educational programs, preparing reports and developing recommendations;
  • Periodically monitor the learning process;
  • Participate in the process of analyzing students' academic performance and developing recommendations;
  • Participate in the process of analyzing the results of student surveys and monitoring the implementation of recommendations;
  • Participate in the self-assessment preparation process and other documents for authorization and program accreditation;
  • Make a description of the Department’s activities for the purposes of submitting an annual report;
  • Participate in other activities related to the functions and tasks of the Department.

 

Qualification requirements:

 

  • At least a master's degree or an equivalent academic degree in education administration/management;
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a managerial (low and secondary) position or experience working in an administrative position in a higher education institution;
  • Knowledge of English at B2 level (at least) (English language proficiency will be tested on the basis of testing or interview).

  • Punctuality;
  • Disciplined.

 

Working Conditions:

 

  • Full-time working day, Monday - Saturday (Saturday short working day);
  • Remuneration (on hand): by agreement during the probationary period. After the probationary period - 1000 GEL;
  • Probationary period: 3 months
