Caucasus University announces a vacancy for the position of Manager of the Student Services and Academic Process Monitoring Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide students and lecturers with guidance on technical matters and help ensure the smooth delivery of the academic process;
- Monitor the timely upload of academic program syllabi to the relevant system;
- Oversee the maintenance of the electronic student attendance database;
- Monitor the timely entry of grades into the academic records system by lecturers;
- Attend midterm and final examinations;
- Ensure that students’ midterm and final examination grades are entered into the academic records system;
- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualification Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Advanced proficiency in English;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- A strong sense of responsibility;
- Effective time-management skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to respond promptly and work efficiently.
Working Conditions
- Working schedule: Monday through Saturday. Saturday is a shorter working day, and the need to work on specific Saturdays will be determined in agreement with the supervisor;
- Salary: GEL 1,000 per month, increasing to GEL 1,200 per month upon successful completion of the probationary period;
- Probationary period: three to six months, paid.
