On October 9, at 14:00, the Irakli Tsereteli NATO Research Center at Caucasus University will host a meeting with Mr. Anthony Brumwell, Deputy Head of the NATO Liaison Office in Georgia, in the university's conference hall.
Anthony Brumwell, a former British Army officer, joined the NATO Liaison Office team in Georgia in August 2024 as Deputy Head of Office. Before that, he participated in the development of NATO's strategic doctrine in the direction of strategic communications and information operations.
From 2019 to 2022, he served as the United Kingdom's defense attaché in Tbilisi, at the same time he was accredited to Armenia and Azerbaijan. He has also served as the UK attaché in Austria, Croatia, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia and Russia. He served in UK operations in Northern Ireland and NATO operations in the former Yugoslavia and Afghanistan.
