Lecture Title: “Diplomacies of Small States: Women’s Representation in the Baltic States’ Foreign Services and Women Executives in Central and Eastern Europe”.
Dr. Park is an internationally recognized expert on gender and foreign policy in small states, with extensive work on the Baltic region and Central and Eastern Europe. Her recent and forthcoming publications include:
- “Women in Small States’ Diplomacy: Gender-Related Challenges in Lithuania’s Diplomatic Service” (2025);
- “Small States’ Diplomacies: Changes in Women’s Representation in the Baltic States’ Foreign Services (1991–2021)”, Journal of Baltic Studies;
- Chapter on “Women and (Anti-) Gender Tendencies in Baltic States’ Politics”, forthcoming in The War on Gender and the Gender of War in Central and Eastern Europe (Lexington Books, 2025);
