On 13 March, implementation meeting of the EU-PPS Jean Monnet Chair of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Caucasus University were held. Jean Monnet Professors - Guranda Tchelidze, Chairs Professor and EU-PPS Chairs team member,  Ekaterine  Kardava attended the meeting.

The meeting discussed the teaching process at the EU-PPS Jean Monnet Chairs lecture courses starting from the spring semester of the 2024/2025 academic year (EU Eastward Enlargement; EU Enlargement, Neighborhood and Partnership Policy (Prof. G. Tchelidze); EU Social and economic policy (Prof. E. Kardava), the compliance of the syllabi prepared and approved in the fall semester with the requirements of the curriculum and the interests of students.

The meeting also discussed and positively evaluated several training modules prepared in February-March of this year:

1. For Sunday School - “Current International Challenges and Europeanization of Georgia” (Prof. G. Chelidze)
2. For Academic Staff Training - “Europeanization of Educational Programms in Georgia” (Prof. G. Chelidze)
3. 2026 Summer School Training Module - “Chronology and Dynamics of Georgia-EU relations” (Prof. G. Chelidze) and “The New Enlargement of the European Union (general enlargement policy and packages for 2023-2024)” (Prof. E. Kardava).
