On September 3–4, a delegation from Caucasus University participated in the third international management meeting of the EU-funded project “Research Integrity and Ethics in Georgian Universities”, hosted by Masaryk University (Brno, Czech Republic).
The delegation included David Tsiklauri, Director of the Research Support Department; Tamar Chokoraia, Head of the Academic Writing Center and Akaki Kapanadze, Director of the Project Management Department.
During the meeting, Caucasus University representatives delivered presentations and actively engaged in the work of the project’s working groups. Tamar Chokoraia presented the consortium’s dissemination report, outlining both completed and planned activities. Akaki Kapanadze provided detailed information on the project's initiatives, including the piloting of the Research Ethics module, training sessions, the activities of the Research Committee, and the development of a policy document. David Tsiklauri participated in the planning process for next year's activities, discussing ways to ensure their effective implementation with partners.

The aim of the national structural reform project ETHICS is to launch a systemic improvement intervention to improve the quality of University and Research-Performing Organizations (RPOs) research through launching measures to adhere to the foundations of high-quality research and excellence.
