On March 24, within the framework of the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) project, “Developing the Green Tourism Concept through Education” - ENRICHER HUBS, Caucasus University’s Caucasus Tourism School and Green Tourism Hub organized a three-day intensive workshop on “Sustainable Tourism and Service Design”. The workshop brought together students from the Caucasus Tourism School and the Caucasus School of Business.

Conducted in an interactive format, the workshop included teamwork, practical exercises, discussions, and participant presentations. Throughout the program, students explored contemporary approaches to sustainable tourism, service design tools, and methods for developing customer-centered tourism products and services.

The primary objective of the workshop was to enhance students practical and analytical skills, enabling them to identify real-world challenges within the tourism sector, develop innovative solutions, and design tourism products based on the principles of sustainable development.

During the workshop, participants worked on a variety of case studies and through collaborative teamwork, developed ideas that address the evolving needs of the modern tourism industry. Particular emphasis was placed on improving customer experience, integrating sustainability principles, and fostering innovation in tourism service development.

This workshop is implemented within the framework of the ENRICHER HUBS project and aims to strengthen collaboration between the university and the professional sector, promote the development of students’ entrepreneurial and innovation competencies, and advance the principles of sustainable development in the field of tourism.
