The registration period for students applying through the mobility process on the electronic portal (students.emis.ge) will be from August 21, 2024, to September 9, 2024, until 18:00.

The results of the mobility applications will be published on the electronic portal by September 12.

If you receive a positive result on the electronic portal, the deadline for submitting your application and necessary documents to Caucasus University is from September 12 to September 14.

Creative tour/interview - September 12-14.

Recognition of credits for students wishing to transfer to the university, the introduction of recognized credits, and confirmation by written statement will take place from September 14 to September 17.

The preparation of the draft order for students to be enrolled through the mobility process and the electronic registration in the register of educational institutions will be completed by September 20.

Students seeking to transfer into the Graphic Design bachelor's program through mobility must successfully complete a creative tour. If a student has already successfully completed a creative tour in drawing at another higher educational institution, they are exempt from this requirement. For those who have not completed a creative tour at another university, an interview will be scheduled at Caucasus University from September 12-14. During the interview, the student must present their work, which could include paintings, sketches, computer-generated work, or videos, on a topic of their choice. The student will give a presentation of their works and respond to questions from the committee. The committee will then review the student's mobility application based on the interview and presentation.
