Mobility for the fall semester of the 2025-2026 academic year is announced

Caucasus University announces mobility for the fall semester of the 2025-2026 academic year.

The registration period for persons enrolled on the electronic portal for mobility students (students.emis.ge) is set from August 25, 2025 to September 9, 2025, until 18:00.

 

The deadline for publishing mobility results on the electronic portal is September 12.

  • In case of a positive result on the electronic portal, the deadlines for the student to appear at Caucasus University and submit the necessary documents are: September 12-16;
  • Creative Tour/Interview - September 12-16;
  • Recognition of credits for students wishing to transfer to the university, introduction to recognized credits and confirmation by written application - September 16-19;
  • Preparation of a draft order on mobile enrollment and electronic recording in the register of educational institutions - September 22.

 

Student mobility enrollment in the Graphic Design Bachelor's Program occurs after successfully completing the Creative Tour. If a student wishing to participate in mobility has successfully completed a creative tour in drawing at another higher education institution, he/she is not required to complete the tour. If the mobility student has not completed a creative tour at another university, they will be scheduled for an interview at Caucasus University on September 12-16.

 

During the interview, the student must present a work of his/her own creation (a drawing, a sketch, a work developed using a computer program, or even a video) on any topic of his/her choice. The student will present their work and answer questions posed by the committee. After successfully passing the interview, the committee will review their mobility application.

 

The required documents are:

 

  1. Application;
  2. Certificate of student status;
  3. Duly certified copies of all legal acts determining the student's status;
  4. Student's study card (mark sheet);
  5. Copy of identity document;
  6. Notarized copy of the document confirming the completion of the previous educational level (in case of mobility for a bachelor's degree) - Notarized copy or original of the certificate, in case of mobility for a master's degree - a notarized copy of the bachelor's diploma and supplement, in case of mobility for a doctoral degree - a notarized copy of the master's diploma and supplement);
  7. Copy of the conscript's military registration certificate (or military ticket, if any);
  8. Photograph (3X4) – 2 printed copies and an electronic version on a CD.
