We would like to inform you that the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Armenia is accepting applications from Georgian citizens for an international scholarship program for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Under the program, 10 annual scholarships are awarded to master's level students across all fields of study. For selected candidates, the Armenian side provides:

• Exemption from tuition fees at Armenian state higher education institutions (up to 1,000,000 Armenian drams); 
• A monthly stipend (up to 50,000 Armenian drams); 
• Accommodation in a student dormitory; 
• The right to use libraries, archives, laboratories, and other academic resources.

Qualification requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree; 
• Knowledge of English or Russian.

Interested persons must submit the following documents:

• Copy of passport; 
• Four photographs (3×4); 
• CV in English or Russian; 
• Copy of the document confirming completion of the Bachelor's degree, along with the transcript of records, translated and certified with an apostille; 
• Medical certificate regarding general health status; 
• Completed application Form 1 and Form 2.

A complete list of study programs and state higher education institutions is available at the provided link. Please note that under the program, candidates may apply to any state higher education institution in Armenia, with the exception of the following: the French University in Armenia, the Russian-Armenian University, and the American University of Armenia.
