Institut Lyfe (France) is pleased to announce the 2026 Culinary Arts Summer Program, designed for international students interested in improving their culinary and hospitality skills.
Program Dates: May 10 - July 18, 2026
Duration: 10 weeks
Program Overview:
- 4 modules in advanced French culinary techniques
- 1 module in French pastry making
- 1 module in French bakery (taught by 2024 World Bakery Champion Javier Sacristi)
- 1 module in culinary competition
- 1 module in restaurant immersion
Required Experience:
- At least two years of experience in culinary arts at the undergraduate level;
- English language level B1.
Program fee:
7,000 euros (fee includes accommodation)
Submission deadlines:
- February 15th, 2026 - Advanced Culinary Arts Program
- March 15th, 2026 - Hospitality French Excellence Program
