Institut Lyfe (France) is pleased to announce the 2026 Culinary Arts Summer Program, designed for international students interested in improving their culinary and hospitality skills.

 

Program Dates: May 10 - July 18, 2026

 

Duration: 10 weeks 



Program Overview:

 

  • 4 modules in advanced French culinary techniques
  • 1 module in French pastry making
  • 1 module in French bakery (taught by 2024 World Bakery Champion Javier Sacristi)
  • 1 module in culinary competition
  • 1 module in restaurant immersion

 

Required Experience:

 

  • At least two years of experience in culinary arts at the undergraduate level;
  • English language level B1.

 

Program fee:

 

7,000 euros (fee includes accommodation)

 

Submission deadlines:

 

  • February 15th, 2026 - Advanced Culinary Arts Program
  • March 15th, 2026 - Hospitality French Excellence Program
