Under the guidance of Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Trainings by the Central Election Commission, the debates were held.

The topic for debates was: "Taking Part in Elections: Right and Duty of the People". This was a pilot project. The competition consisted of three rounds: presentations, debates and interactive competitions. Two teams were composed by seven students and three alumni of Caucasus School of Law.
