The host of the celebration was CTS Academic Program Director, Prof. Temur Khutsishvili. Presentation of a book comprising short stories obtained by Mr. Nugzar himself was held. The event was attended by Mr. Nugzar’s family members, relatives, close friends and colleagues. The attending public spoke about Mr. Nugzar Skhirtladze and recalled the past spent together. Among speakers were President of Caucasus University, Mr. Kakha Shengelia, Professor Emeritus of Tbilisi State University, Prof. Davit Gordeziani, Prof. of Patriarch University Prof. Hamlet Meladze, Prof. of Caucasus International University Prof. Jemal Sologhashvili, a representative of Georgian Association of Scientists and Specialists, Prof. Malkhaz Kereselidze, Dean of the Faculty of the Exact and Natural Sciences of Tbilisi State University, Prof. Ramaz Bochorishvili, Professor of Caucasus University, Temur Jangveladze, Vice-President of Caucasus University, Prof. Guram Lezhava, Vice-President of Caucasus University, Prof. Shalva Machavariani, Mr. Nugzar’s childhood friend, professor of Tbilisi State University Tengiz Siradze, Manager of Human Resources Department of Caucasus University, Tamar Kobuladze and Khatuna Skhirtladze. 

 

At the end of the reception Mr. Nugzar thanked the attending public and the organizer of his birthday celebration – the administration of Caucasus University.
