On June 5, a unique variety of pistacia trees was planted in the courtyard of the Caucasus University campus.
The unique seedlings were given to Caucasus University by Georgians from Fereydan, Kakha Muliani and Nika Muliani, who planted them together with the President of Caucasus University, Dr. Kakha Shengelia.
The unique varieties of pistacia were taken from Georgia to Iran 400 years ago by the ancestors of Kakha and Nika Muliani, and now they have been returned to their homeland from Iran.
