On February 15, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Georgia Faig Guliyev visited Caucasus University.

The Ambassador of Azerbaijan was hosted by the President of Caucasus University, Dr. Kakha Shengelia. The meeting was also attended by Ramel Latifov, Third Secretary and Irena Melua, Director of the Department of International Relations and Projects.

At the meeting, the sides discussed issues of deepening cooperation between Azerbaijani universities and Caucasus University, development of the Caucasus Research Institute and the program of Azerbaijan Studies.

At the end of the visit, Dr. Shengelia took the guests on a tour of the campus and introduced them to important news around the university.
