Caucasus University has successfully conducted Bootcamp -"Introduction to Lean Startup Methodology," organized in partnership with George Washington University Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The Bootcamp was led by Bob Smith, Interim Associate Vice Provost for Research Innovation and Entrepreneurship at GW.
Over 50 Students from both Caucasus University and Samtskhe-Javakheti State University participated in the bootcamp, where they gained valuable knowledge and skills on the key stages of creating a startup. The Bootcamp concluded with a Demo Day, where 10 participant teams showcased their startup ideas, including, AIdring, AI IA, EduMatch, FutureU, GREENHUNT, Grab’n Go, LUG-IT, UNITY Education, PetVision, Zenova.
Representatives of the local startup ecosystem were also involved in the bootcamp as trainers.
This event was held as part of Entrepreneurship Week and the project Entrepreneurship Education - Pathway for Innovation, inclusion and Quality (EEPIIQ), Funded by Georgia I2Q Innovation, inclusion, and Quality Competitive Innovation Fund (CIF) and implemented by Caucasus University (CU) and Samtskhe-Javakheti State University (SJSU).
