On July 5, Caucasus University hosted the public defense of Yashar Ibragimov's dissertation titled "Analysis of the Influence of Intrinsic Motivation on Employee Affective Commitment During Digital Change: A Case Study from a Natural Gas Distribution Company in Georgia."

The scientific supervisor was Professor Maka Bughulashvili.

The dissertation defense took place before a board comprising the following members:

At the defense, the doctoral student presented the dissertation and answered questions. The reviewer, Associate Professor Ekaterine Natsvlishvili of the European University, then provided her evaluations of the work.

According to the assessment of the board, Yashar Ibragimov successfully defended his thesis and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Management.
