On June 5-6, within the framework of the Caucasus School of Governance Jean Monnet Teaching Module, a workshop titled “European Values and Ideologies” was held in the Conference Hall of Caucasus University.

As part of the workshop, Professor Giorgi Tskhadaia from the School of Governance at Caucasus University discussed major European ideologies, including social democracy, Christian democracy, liberalism, and green politics. He also addressed the rise of right-wing populism in European countries and the contemporary challenges facing European politics.

During the workshop, participants actively engaged in discussions about European values and political ideologies. At the end of the event, they were awarded certificates of participation.

Jean Monnet Modules are supported by the Erasmus+ program of the EU and are granted in the higher education sector for offering innovative and special content in teaching EU studies related subjects to learners.
