As part of the project “Public Policy Pilot Initiatives to Engage and Mentor Youth,” research titled “NEET Youth: A Generation Outside of Education, Employment, or Training” (Policy Essay #68, Georgian Institute of Politics, October 2024) by Nini Shakarashvili, a graduate student in the Public Administration Program at the School of Governance, has been published Her work.
The essay aims to examine the origin of the challenges faced by NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) youth, assess its economic impact, and propose solutions and recommendations by analyzing best practices from across Europe.
