Anastasia Menabde, a graduate of Caucasus School of Law (CSL), is now pursuing a Master's degree in Law and Digital Technologies at Leiden University.

The program is an advanced-level master’s. A prerequisite for studying in the program is not only theoretical legal knowledge but also practical experience, which Anastasia gained while working at GLCC, a legal firm, after completing her undergraduate degree at Caucasus University.

"I’ve had a desire to continue studying abroad since I was in school, but in the end, I decided to get a job in Georgia. In order to work as a lawyer in Georgia, knowledge of the Georgian legislation is a necessity, the CSL is one of the best for those who want a successful career in the legal field. In addition to theoretical knowledge, the university contributes to the development of such important personal qualities as analytical thinking, self-confidence, communication and other necessary skills that every lawyer needs.

Having developed these skills and building upon the theoretical knowledge gained at Caucasus University, I decided to continue my studies in a completely foreign country and environment, embarking on an independent life filled with new challenges.

After completing the bachelor's program, I decided to pursue a master's degree in the innovative field of digital technology law. This branch of law focuses on regulating rapidly advancing technological innovations, which increasingly require legal restrictions and oversight. I believe this profession will become highly in demand and relevant, both in Georgia and globally, and I aspire to be one of the first and most successful lawyers in this field.
