CSL Student Scientific Conference

On June 7, Caucasus University held the 20th Student Scientific Conference of the School of Law. The topic of the conference was “Evolution of Law in Georgia: Innovations from a European Perspective”.

 

Students of the Bachelor of Law program took part in the conference.

 

The goal of the conference was to promote scientific research activities and develop scientific potential among young people.

 

A specially appointed commission made of 14 speakers, deemed the following papers as the winners of the conference:

 

  • I place - Guranda Gvedashvili: “Child-Friendly Justice Model”. Supervisor: Levan Darbaidze;
  • II place - Lizi Kashakashvili: “Modernization of Legislation in the Process of Human Rights Integration Based on the Association Agreement”. Supervisor: Zurab Jibghashvili;
  • II place - Salome Zeikidze and Ani Kezherashvili: “The Importance of DNA Databases for Crime Detection and Prevention”. Supervisor: David Muzashvili;
  • III place - Lizi Bardachidze: “Institutional Form of Labor Inspection”. Supervisor: Mate Khvedelidze.
