On April 30, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Caucasus University and Tbilisi Open Teaching University.

The aim of the Memorandum is to form a mutually cooperative system for the development of the universities' missions and help students develop into highly qualified specialists, which determines competitiveness and career development of students as of future specialists.

The Memorandum of Cooperation was signed by Dr. Kakha Shengelia, President of Caucasus University and Dr. Giorgi Amilakhvari, Rector of Tbilisi Open Teaching University.
