A delegation of Caucasus University paid a four-day visit to Edalat University and a Research Institute SITI 1 in Iran. The aim of the visit was expanding and deepening existing cooperation and embarking on a joint project. The Iranian side is planning cooperation with Caucasus University in the field of Tourism. The official part of the meeting was held in the research institute, during which the Vice-President of Edalat University and Director of SITI 1, Dr. Muhammad Sharif Malekzadeh reiterated that both Universities are ready to embark on a mutually beneficial cooperation.  

President of Caucasus University, Dr. Kakha Shengelia and Professor of Caucasus School of Tourism Tako Akhalbedashvili, a representative of tourism company Interco Travel, held training on Smart Hotels and Hotel Management. Iranian participants of the training were awarded certificates. 

Within the informal part of the visit the guide of the delegation was a Georgian from Fereydan, Amin Nageliani.
