On July 1st, the School of Economics at Caucasus University hosted the defense of undergraduate theses, featuring presentations from 15 students.
The topics covered a range of important issues such as: income inequality in Georgia and its impact on the country's economy; the influence of religion on the economy; Development prospects of the processing industry in Georgia; The fashion sector and its role in the development of the Georgian economy; Agricultural development opportunities in Georgia; Behavioral economics and e-commerce; Labor market, employment and wage inequality, analysis on the example of Georgia;
The defense committee was composed of Caucasus University Professor Erekle Pirveli, School of Economics Associate Professor Vano Benidze, and Caucasus University Associate Professor Tengiz Taktakishvili.
