Nino Berishvili and Yashar Ibrahimov, Ph.D. students of the English language doctoral program of the Caucasus School of Business, participated in the " ISTANBUL 32nd International Conference on Business, Management, Education & Law" on September 5-7.

Nino Berishvili and Yashar Ibrahimov presented a scientific paper on the topic: "The influence of employee motivation on organizational processes during digital transformation".

Representatives of different countries took part in the event: India, Indonesia, Japan, Jordan, Lebanon, Poland, Sweden and Canada. Participants were awarded certificates and papers were published in the conference journal.
