The annual forum, organized by the Oxford School of Global and Area Studies (OSGA), serves as a dynamic platform to enhance academic and cultural partnerships between Georgia and the UK. The fourth edition of the forum focused on Georgia’s European aspirations, soft power, and public diplomacy amid the country’s ongoing political challenges.
As part of the program, Irine Kurtanidze was invited as a panel speaker, where she presented her doctoral research, which explores electoral behavior in hybrid democracies.
This year’s forum featured a diverse range of speakers, including international organizations, diplomats and scholars representing leading institutions such as Oxford, UCL and Harvard.
