11-13th of October, within the frames of the Erasmus + CBHE Programme Structural Reform Project Responsible Conduct of Research – Research Integrity and Ethics in Georgian Universities (ETHICS), representatives of the Caucasus University participated an intensive training of trainers in research ethics and integrity. The University was represented by Diana Mchedlishvili, Director of the Quality Assurance Department, Tatia Chokoraia , Head of the Academic Writing Centre and Nino Popiashvili, Associate Professor of the University.
The event was hosted by Akaki Tsereteli State University (Kutaisi, Georgia). The trainers were professors of Free University, Charles University Prague, Masaryk University and the representatives of the European Network for Academic Integrity (ENAI). The project provides university in-house trainings in ten participating Georgian universities.
Project in Brief:
The aim of the national structural reform project ETHICS is to launch a systemic improvement intervention to improve the quality of University and Research-Performing Organizations (RPOs) research through launching measures to adhere to the foundations of high-quality research and excellence.
