Caucasus University Department of Personnel Management announces a vacancy for the position of Manager (in the direction of selection) at the Department of Personnel Management.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Receive information about vacant positions and develop vacancy announcements in compliance with existing regulations.
  • Explore various channels for posting job vacancies and publish announcements based on the position's requirements.
  • Screen incoming resumes and organize them according to qualification requirements.
  • Develop and conduct tests, written tasks, or situational analyses as needed for specific positions, in collaboration with the immediate supervisor or department head.
  • Organize and conduct interviews, tests, or demonstration lectures for candidates.
  • Review competition results with the direct supervisor and provide feedback to candidates.
  • Manage/register/file official documents (orders, minutes, and evaluation sheets) related to competition documentation at the appropriate level.
  • Register and document new employees in the system (CU, QMS, BIOSTAR), assign the appropriate status and contract type, and manage software.
  • Understand university procedures, including policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Participate in the strategy development process of the Department of Personnel Management, aligning with the university's overall strategy.
  • Monitor daily messages (email/phone calls/official letters) received by the HR department.
  • Participate in accreditation/authorization processes within the scope of competence.
  • Perform specific tasks of the department director within the goals and objectives of the university, within the scope of authority.

 

Qualification requirements:

 

  • Higher education;
  • Knowledge of computer programs: MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint;
  • 1 (one) year experience in selection;
  • Knowledge of English language at least B2 level;

  • Ability to effectively manage time;

  • Detail orientation;
  • Hardworking and energetic;
  • Punctual and disciplined.

 

Working Conditions:

 

  • Work schedule: from Monday to Saturday (Saturday is a short working day. The need for the mentioned day/days is determined by agreement with the management);
  • Remuneration: 1000-1200 GEL (after tax);
  • Trial period: 6 months.
