Public Defense of Master's Theses at CSH

On July 17, the Caucasus School of Humanities and Social Sciences hosted a public defense of master's theses for students in the clinical psychology and clinical art therapy programs.

 

During the defense, students presented papers addressing various current issues in clinical psychology:

  • Nanava Tsotne: Addiction and Traumatic Experiences
  • Saghinadze Tamari: Understanding the Artistic Creativity of People with Schizophrenia
  • Gelashvili Anano: The Impact of Childhood Traumas on Adulthood
  • Saparidze Salome: Peculiarities of Relationships with Parents and Problematic Behavior of Adolescents
  • Kakhadze Sopiko: The Impact of Early Dysfunctional Schemas on Body Image Dissatisfaction and Self-Aggression
  • Gvaramia Mariam: The Influence of Life Values and Self-Esteem on Drug Addiction
  • Chkhartishvili Elene: Psychological Climate of the Classroom for a Student with Difficult Behavior
  • Skhulukhia Ana: Psycho-Emotional Condition of Parents of Children on the Autism Spectrum and Strategies for Dealing with Stress
  • Pirtskheliani Megi: A Study of the Determining Factors of Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity in Gay and Lesbian People
  • Chachanidze Nino: Impact of social media on Mental Health and Willingness to Engage in Criminal Behavior (Target Group: Adolescents)

  • Todua Maka: Influence of Individual Psychological Features on Psychological Well-Being and Mental Health
  • Mariam Tsiklauri: The Impact of School Bullying on a Person's Lifestyle and Self-Esteem

 

The students successfully defended their theses before the commission, which included Professor Ketevan Chigogidze, Professor Vladimir Gamsakhurdia, Assistant Professor Liana Barabadze, and invited specialist Salome Panjikidze.
