On May 30, Caucasus School of Law hosted a simulated mediation process titled “Mediation – Negotiation Techniques for Lawyers” for its students.

The process was led by Nino Kharitonashvili, Associate Professor of Caucasus University, Doctor of Law.

A number of issues were discussed at the meeting: the essence and purpose of mediation, negotiation techniques, the role of the mediator in negotiations. The meeting was held in a question-and-answer mode.
