A unique career development masterclass was organized by the Career Development and Employment Support Service of Caucasus University, led by Ana Andghuladze, Tech Talent Selection Manager and Career Consultant at the international tech company DataArt.

During the session, students received practical guidance on how to create professional profiles and resumes in line with international standards, as well as how to strategically plan their career paths. The speaker also touched on the use of AI tools in the job search process and conducting the negotiation process during interviews.
