On December 15, Caucasus University hosted a meeting with members of the Freelancers’ Association, a career development–oriented platform, who engaged with students on topics related to professional growth.

The primary objective of the meeting was to share practical professional experiences with young people, as well as to discuss current trends in education and employment.

Key topics addressed during the meeting included self-discovery and professional development; career orientation as a guide to navigating the world of professions; effective self-presentation during job interviews and communicating one’s value to HR professionals; and strategies for promoting one’s profession and skills in today’s competitive job market.
