Mevlana exchange program allows higher educational institutions in Turkey as well as abroad to announce students mobility. In addition, the program allows the Universities to give one-semester scholarship to selected participants so as to enable them to study at Turkey's partner Universities.

Undergraduates, Master's and Doctoral students of higher educational institutions which have signed a memorandum of cooperation with Mevlana are eligible for participation in the program.

Within the framework of Mevlana Exchange Program, Caucasus University has three partner universities.
